The Supplier Excellence Award was created by Doosan Bobcat to honor its top-performing supply partners who contribute to the company’s success. Poclain stood out among nine suppliers, thanks to its results in areas such as on-time delivery, quality, and warranty performance. These metrics are part of a comprehensive supplier scorecard used by Doosan Bobcat to evaluate its partners.
This award also reflects the collective efforts of Poclain’s teams. In Yorkville, efforts have been conducted to improve delivery time, a critical factor for customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, in Pondicherry, Poclain’s recent achievements in digitalization have enhanced operational efficiency and supported the supply of motors to Doosan Bobcat.
